Rooms that feel brand new.
Painting, plastering, tiling and full room refreshes — done properly by two local lads who turn up, tidy up and finish on time.
What we do
Everything inside the four walls. No gas or certified electrical work — we'll tell you straight if you need a specialist.
Tiling
Bathrooms, kitchens, splashbacks and floors. Level lines, even gaps, clean grout.
Painting & decorating
Walls, ceilings, woodwork, wallpaper. Sharp lines, no drips.
Plastering
Skimming, patching and making good. Smooth and paint-ready.
Full room refresh
From bare walls to finished — one team, one price, no juggling trades.
Handyman & odd jobs
Shelves, curtain poles, doors, flat-pack, sealant, small repairs, that list of jobs you never get round to. No job too small.

Recent work
Small crew.
Big standards.
ERIJAN started with two friends from Leicester and a simple idea: renovation work should be done properly, explained clearly and left spotless.
Today we work as a close-knit crew with 15+ years of hands-on experience behind us. Whatever the size of the job, you get one team that turns up when we say, keeps you in the loop and takes real pride in the finish.
The name? ERI + JAN — Eriks and Janis, the two who started it.
